Once setup is successfully completed and you got the confirmation of it on our onboarding page, ads should appear automatically on your stream once our A.I. identified the right audience for an ad to appear.
Steps to check why ads don’t appear:
- Make sure onboarding was completed successfully on the onboarding page.
- On the opportunities page, make sure that you have at least one campaign that isn’t blocked
Despite the above, it is still possible that our A.I. couldn’t find a matched time and audience to present an ad on your stream, to be sure that this is the reason – please contact support using the support widget on the bottom right corner of the screen.
