What should I do if my onboarding fails or is stuck?

If your onboarding fails you should try the following:

1. Update your streaming software to the latest version
2. Make sure your streaming software is one of the following:
   1. Twitch Studio
   2. Open Broadcaster Software (OBS)
   3. Streamlabs OBS
   4. OBS.Live
   5. XSplit Broadcaster
   6. Gamecaster
